Gabi was responsive at asking my questions ordered the car seat Saturday night came by Tuesday with full tracking details After care was great sent gabi a picture of my baby in the car seat to just check everything was good and she responded with in 20 mins Informative and responsive highly recommend will order again from her in the future

Axkid demo

I visited Simply Safe Car Seats today for a demo and fitting Gabi gave a full demonstration of the seats I wanted to try including fitting them both in my car so I could see how they compared We left very happy and confident with our new seat We will definitely be returning for our next seats and will be recommending Simply Safe to our friends and family A great experience thank you again

I ve purchased two car seats from Gabi on separate occasions and always found her service to be great fast replies and very informative I think there are some very unfair reviews on here that haven t even purchased from the business which I don t think you should let put you off as they are far from the service I received Would highly recommend

Great ongoing support

I purchased both my daughters car seats from Gabi Simply Safe Car Seats about 18 months ago The ongoing support has been amazing I was a little sceptical first about ordering from a retailer who is based far from where I live North East but the delivery was prompt and the virtual support has been fab I got help from Gabi via messenger to ensure the initial installation was correct and have since periodically messaged with pictures of my daughter in the seat to ensure the fit is still right as she gets bigger I receive prompt responses offering support and advice on her fit The ongoing support is brilliant and I ve found Gabi and her team to be nothing but pleasant and helpful Thank you X

Brilliant Service

Bought two car seats feom simply safe car seats since august 2022 Brilliant advice before hand and amazing continued aftercare The continued aftercare is so important to me to ensure that as my babies grow they are still fitted safely in their seats I have learnt so much as well which is invaluable I am so thankful that my babies are the safest they can be Will definitely be buying again in the future when my children need the next stage seats

I bought my little boys car seat earlier this year and was very impressed with the quick delivery and aftercare for fit checks etc Unfortunately there was a minor fault with the covers on mine I contacted Gabi and in less than a week I had received new covers for it Highly recommend

Have ordered two car seats from Simply Safe - an Axkid Move and Avionaut Sky 2 0 Both arrived quickly and exactly as specified in the advertised delivery times Have received support on installation and fit checks for both via the Car Seat Safety Facebook group and via Facebook messenger with the Simply Safe page messaged today on a Sunday not expecting a reply until during the working week but got a response within a few hours sharing their thoughts on the installation and fit Thank you
