The website advertised products that are out of and on querying support you have effectively discontinued It was a complete guessing game as to whether anything would work -

Where is the bright metal shown in the picture I expected your extender to be a bright silver metal as implied in the picture on-line Instead your extender looks exactly like all the others for sale often for less money Otherwise the extender is fine and your service has been fine
