Not reliable at all Every morning I have to leave for office an hour before while my office is just at 20 minutes by bus but even then I reach late almost every day Worst experience especially on the route of 171

I would like to express how deeply devastated and frustrated I am from today s traveling with your train from Malmo to Copenhagen Not only did we get stuck at Malmo due to technical problems for about 4 hours and as a result I lost my job meeting but now during the time I am texting you we are stuck again for one more time in Copenhagen Airport This is so unprofessional and disrespectful I demand if not a decomposition for all the mess and inconvenience that we had because of you today as the least measure you can do an apology and a full refund of tickets that I bought today Thank you

The worst piece of s it company for transportation in Europe They refuse to give refunds even though it is clearely stated they should because they can simply say our train never appeared to be late when in fact it could be and has been for me MULTIPLE times several HOURS delayed Don t get me started on the connections to and from Malmo Every day a s itfest I hate this company with a passion

One of the worst public transport in Europe I lived in Italy and I traveled others EU country But I didn t find like that worsted public transport service Specially the service of resundstag They are canceling the service when they want as their wishes But every year the Tkt price is going high

Worst public transport system ever Came here out of despair to find out why it is so bad in Sweden a country allegedly more developed than my own country Germany which already has a terribly unpunctual train system But low and behold - since I moved here and started commuting to Copenhagen daily big mistake I got surprised that that there can in fact be worse Every single day there is something Currently I am around 4 hours late It is almost too laughable to be upset Almost I just hope the customers will strike one day so that something might change

No big surprises Not reliable at all I have an exam in Lund at 8am today but lice in Helsingborg and to make sure I can be there on time I had to get up at 5 30 despite the fact that the commute is 50 minutes at most because there s a HIGHER chance of departing late than departing on time And of course I m right Some train with a fault is blocking the track because they apparently don t know how to service their own damn trains

There will never be a worse transportation company in the whole of the world worse than this one It is totally laughable how terrible and inaccurate their service is It is enough to say that a train would be delayed for more than half an hour because of a personal change How can such a company be operating in Swede that claims to be a first world country
