Again waiting at the Ulstrup station for the next togbus to reach Lang because the Gocollective connection from Viborg to Ulstrup was delayed and we missed the togbus that we were supposed to take Despite having a full crowd and passengers standing in the bus the togbus driver still has no intention to start the journey Miserable system If u are a foreigner living in DK I have a piece of advice BUY a vehicle to commute or otherwise if possible move close to your workplace If both above are impossible as in my situation don t have any daily extra plans be happy with your daily commute Don t get deceived by the very rare five stars in trustpilot those are people who are using the system once in their lifetime not daily commuters

For gods sake when you cancel a journey update it in the rejseplan with good time This is not the first time GoCollective often cancels journeys between Aarhus now Ulstrup and Struer on Sundays What Is it cost cutting

Shameless in every way Cancellations again and again If a scheduled departure is cancelled so the next train should have extra compartments specially in the morning A BIG NO luckily had only 2 compartments as usual otherwise I would have had a heart attack thinking OMG GoCollective is becoming clever

Just get an electric car or lie on the tracks if this is your only option

Usually okay cancellations every few months as far as I experienced it The most unacceptable thing is the constant changing of train routes WHILE ON ROUTE You are on a train to Skjern and when you arrive in Herning nope this is going to Vejle This is fine except the announcement is made in secretive whispers through speakers powered with lemons all silent like a fly s fart So to hell with you if you decide to listen to music on your daily commute thou shalt stand ready to receive the engineer s announcements at his whim at the last second as loud as a last breath And the destination on the displays are not updated What are they there for if not for this Then you are either lucky enough to catch some confused person asking why the sign outside says something else or you are on your way to the opposite direction of your destination The prices are also insane as it is cheaper to drive by yourself if you have an electric car than to buy a pendlerkort where you pay a monthly fee
