The skate broke on the first use They tried to repair but used a different color strap and it still didn t work right They still haven t fixed it but they won t do a refund

Going by the sizing chart on SkatePro s website did not work well for me I got the correct size based on their numbers and the skates were significantly too small Had to pay for the expensive return shipping fees overseas and then got charged a fee for not having all the original packaging Loved the skates too but super disappointed with the rest

I tried the inline skates but due to health reasons I couldn t use them I returned them with very minimal wear but was only refunded 50 00 Most companies have a more reasonable and customer friendly policy Needless to say I was very disappointed and will not recommend this company s products

Difficult return process questionable partial refund

The skates I ordered didn t fit after I tried them on once so I had to send them back The process to return was fairly difficult because you have to mail them to Denmark and there are additional steps to do so extra customs forms but I appreciated the reduced shipping of 19 once I found it sold on the site I was also disappointed when they would not give me my full refund bc of a small mark on one of the tires I m not convinced I created because I only tried the skates on and could not ride them because of the fit Overall I will be very careful before ordering from here again because of the difficult process to return the additional return shipping costs and the questionable defect resulting in only a partial refund

I like the skates and they look nice but they are tight even after ordering 2 sizes bigger which is odd to begin with Fix your sizing Perhaps they will break in and get looser but the right one was also not keeping my foot at the bottom
