Actually i would give them 0 stars the shaver i bought after reading it was the number 1 shaver from skinicci UK cost me 79 00 and when i recieved it the box and item looked and felt cheap and nasty and the evri label was stuck over a chinese label on the parcel I contacted the company for a refund who just kept repeating the same thing and told me that it was bad for me to send the product back as i had to pay 15 as per policy on their site and the customs and excise and postage back to china which they informed me would cost me more than the product after a few weeks of threatening them with legal action they finally gave me 15 refund better than nothing i suppose the item itself you can buy off temu for 7 pounds so DO NOT BUY off SKINCCI it is a company pretending to be uk based selling rubbish at high prices i wish i had read these reviews before buying shaver useless and in the bin

Ditto ditto ditto Do not use this company I have had umpteen emails back and fore since receiving the product I ordered which was not as described on site they keep sending same information re refund return Complete and utter waste of time Lesson learnt sadly

My first complaint is to Bestechtest com They described the shaver as their No 1 choice and said it was an Icelandic product No it comes from China Looking today at their site Kinccie are not even in the first 4 best shavers another name Monovon is now No 1 My second complaint is the box arrived but had no brand name or manufacturer on it My third complaint is that although I had managed to email them as to how long my order would be delivered when I tried to email them again at the same address it couldn t be delivered I hope this helps someone from making a fool of themselves like me

Absolute Scam The product is Chinese rubbish I have sent 20 emails to return the product at my expense and they refuse to send me a return address in China The return s policy clearly states you have 30 days to return the product Im sure the best shaver rating is also a fraud Don t buy anything from this Company if it even exists Ive reported them to International Trading Standards

Received a breast pump as a gift from family Worked great for 2 weeks and then the suction stopped entirely Contacted the company was told that they would investigate and send new parts and now I get a bounce back reply when I email The website seems to have been taken down and I have no way of contacting them Seems like a total scam and a total waste of 149

Unfortunately this company is a HUGE SCAM now their website does not work you receive a FAILURE NOTICE when sending or replying to their emails I made a big mistake buying a hair clipper from them They advertise their products as manufactured in Finland which is RUBBISH it is a Chinese product has no name on the box and is not worth the price paid I contacted them few times once the replied offering me a replacement Once they said the returns are not a good idea as it s expensive and takes time and when I replied back to ask for a replacement to the hair clipper my emails would not go through AVOID AND NDO NOT BELEIVE IN THEIR LIES IT IS A SCAM AND IF YOU CAN POST THIS ON FACEBOOK INSTAGRAM ETC PLEASE DO IA NEED TO FIND A WAY TO COMPLAIN VIA THE GOVERNMENT WEBSITE
