I am really not happy I tried to order a pair of skates which I have been looking forward to for ages but the checkout process took forever and now I am unsure whether they have even taken the money

Researched Free Willies online the quad skates I was interested in marked In stock on their website so made the journey into London to their Gloucester Rd store Not in stock and nor were any of the other quads I chose on their shelves Assistant was very polite but frankly not the slightest bit helpful when I asked for advice on the right set of skates for me other than simply to tell me to purchase online Can t exactly tell online if the ones I am interested in are comfortable Free returns doesn t really appeal as an option when trying to purchase a pair of skates I don t recommend visiting their Gloucester Rd store - total waste of time and effort

An unprofessional company w poor staff We waited for a long time on a rainy weekend I noticed the predominantly young male staff more eager to chat up female customer than deal with customers who had clearly arrived earlier Nonetheless we patiently waited Sadly we were missold a skateboard which after consulting someone knowledgable in this field was far to large for our five year old Train your staff to be more knowledgable about your products Make an effort to be friendly and enthusiastic maybe We will not be returning

Purchased a pair of skates online two weeks ago Had to get in touch with them myself only to be informed that said skates are out of stock Very disappointing as I had ordered them for my daughter for Christmas You need to up your online game and communication

Awful returns policy I would never buy from this place again Speedy delivery use only if you know you won t have to return item or live nearby Disappointing in 2022

I have recently bought a new pair of skates some protective equipment and a heel brake from Slick Willie sThe heel brake I ordered online I had initially planned to buy in store but they had no stock in I thought I needed an L XL version but the staff member at the till informed me that the S M would fit my skates 3x 110mm and that I should buy that one instead I ordered it online before I even left the shop It came 2 days later in the post however very quickly I noticed it would not fit my skates I spoke to someone in store over the phone who seemed unsure and suggested I bring it to the shop with my skates to fit I said over the phone I have 270mm frames came as standard with my skates UK size 11 which might have been why they did not fit Fortunately they had the correct brake available in store and they fit perfectly for my skates The customer service I received was very good just the inconvenience of having to revisit the store in person to get the correct brake that I thought I would need initially was a little annoying especially as I live outside of Greater London hence the loss of a star
