Fantastic service - very pleased

Really good customer service I can only recommend this shop I originally walked into the shop but they didn t have the inline skates I wanted in the size I thought I needed so ordered online Delivery was really quick and hassle-free Unfortunately after taking my new skates out for a spin 10 minutes into skating with them I realised they were too large that s on me should have listened to the advice in store I returned them to the store where the team were understanding - since the skates themselves were unscratched I could get them replaced with a smaller size they just replaced the wheels between the old and new pair They even rockered my frame whilst at it a feature of my shiny new FR3 s - overall now I m the happy owner of a great pair of skates which I m really enjoying

Customer service is really good

I ordered some skates from here and although they arrived in the wrong colour customer service was great The issue was dealt with on the same day and the next day I received the right colour skates They even arranged for a courier to pick up the wrong order to take back to their warehouse free of charge So even though I received the wrong item it s the customer service that gets 5 stars from me

Bought a pair of skates for my granddaughter for Christmas Was a bit dubious about how much they cost but when they arrived I could see why You get what you pay for and these skates are really top quality delivery was fast and pleased to say she loves them great job slick willies

Speedy delivery

I paid for next weekday delivery on Friday and got my products on Saturday Very pleasant surprise and I m very satisfied with my purchases as well Only regret is buying a skate tool moxi beach bunnies come with one apparently

Fantastic service

I was after some new skates for my mom I mentioned this site to my husband and he told me it s where he got mine from at Christmas and the delivery was extremely fast I ordered the skates and noticed I didn t receive a confirmation it was late on a Saturday the Monday I emailed to say I had net received anything and within 3 mins someone emailed me back with my invoice and confirmed they had been posted They came on the Tuesday which was extremely fast for standard delivery I can t recommend this site enough especially with the extra detail for the impala skates re sizing

Have bought several pairs of inline skates from Slicks plus bearings wheels Endless frames Staff have been very knowledgeable helpful despatch and delivery of goods online very prompt Would highly recommend

I had some problems with DPD not taking proper care of my delivery but a wonderful person called Stephen owned this sorted everything out for me Service from Slick Willies is always fast efficient I m really happy and will shop here again soon

Thankfully no Slick Willies just Slick Service

As an avid skater I m ashamed to admit I only found out about Slickwillies this year They ve been brilliant and have been getting more and more stock of new inline skates and parts I ve now ordered from them multiple times and only once had an issue which was actually with the courier and they were very helpful and kept me informed every step of the way Every other time the item s have arrived quickly and in good condition I would highly recommend Slickwillies to anyone in the market for skates and related paraphernalia
