Dope Customer Service

I made the mistake of not changing my billing and delivery addresses as they were different and reached out using an online contact form although it was a late Saturday evening I didn t think I d hear from anybody until the following Monday But lo and behold when I woke up on Sunday a happy and helpful reply was waiting for me Perfect customer service delivery and purchase Thanks team and thank you Rahsaan for your help

Excellent Staff and Shop 5

Ordered two decks for my wall display and received them within 24hrs and the decks were perfectly packaged as I asked them to be When I contacted them to ask about packaging the decks they responded immediately and were very helpful Great staff amazing customer service I believe Rashaan was the employee who helped me 5 stars

Best customer service

A mistake was made during a return Slick Willie s rectified it as soon as they were made aware of the mistake I also received an unexpected personal phone call from a member of staff who apologised and outlined what would happen next Within days the mistake had been rectified In other words I received a level of customer service above and beyond anything I would get from almost anywhere else

Genuinely the best skate shop

I came here originally because my partner got rolllerskates from here before and I m happy that I chose here I had the fear everyone has of going into a skate shop with no experience but the staff are really helpful and welcoming and ready to help a beginner out I ve been hooked to my cruiser board and I ve even bought parts to make a popsicle skateboard

Great experience would recommend

After looking around I decided it was worth getting some quality skates for my daughter and Slick Willies offered a great range to choose from and at a very reasonable price A couple of other places I looked at were unable to deliver in the time-frame I needed birthday that weekend but SW offered very fast DPD delivery I ordered very late on Monday evening and the skates were shipped and on their way just after 10 00 the next morning - fantastic Well done SW

Purchased from them twice once in store once online In store they were friendly helpful and knowledgeable Online purchase was seamless though delivery was a little bumpy not their fault

Helpful and nice people

Decided to learn to skateboard as an adult I was anxious about buying the skateboard but they were nice and helpful in the shop Came home with a smile and a skateboard
