Installation instructions not clear

We purchased four very large glass sliding doors to cover shelving along one wall of our office Pre-purchase telephone advice was very helpful friendly and no pressure to buy slidewardrobesdirect co uk manufactured and delivered the doors which we had installed by our own builder The printed fitting instructions were not as detailed as they could be and with hindsight our builder should have called slidewardrobesdirect to talk through the installation However slidewardrobesdirect were again very helpful in resolving our builder s fitting error with telephone advice The finished installation looks great and the doors run smoothly The colour - metal blue - looks very professional and smart in an office environment We are really pleased with the end result

There was no clear diagram or instructions of the detail of top and bottom track door installation it should have shown top door track and bottom door track installation as a diagram instruction assumed prior knowledge of assembly

They look just as we wanted Very pleased with the overall appearance and fit The one concern is the Soft Close as one has already stopped working

The doors are lovely good quality and look very nice The only niggle is that having 4 doors means the two middle doors are noisy when they close together so we had to put little tabs on the edges to rectify Also the doors only just overlap so again you have to be a little careful when closing to make them close in place - but all in all we are happy with our purchase and the look Thanks

Good value contemporary wardrobes

The delivery wasn t quite the promised 3 week time period but any queries I had were answered in full and very quickly If I left messages they were returned promptly The product is really good It is good quality and looks brilliant in situ It wasn t too difficult to assemble either Very pleased with my walk in wardrobe

Great doors but poor instructions

Well made wardrobe doors and interior components relatively easy to fit yourself just make sure you check and recheck measurements as mistakes could be costly Excellent customer service

Very good service the doors were easy to order delivery very quick The delivery driver very polite and checked each piece Would definitely use them again
