I would give -23 stars Let s start from saying that the scam lays in the lack of transparency They let you order my order was placed when the item was listed as in-stock I spent 48 quids for one product nowhere on the page did they say that deliveries don t take place unless you wanted to spend 30 for DHL further unspecified amount of money for import 3 weeks into my order I still have not received an email about the dispatch They sent an email confirming the order but did NOT include any dispatch notice saying that all shipping have been suspended I wonder whether this is true though Here the message I received from SLURP on Facebook they never replied to my comments and answered in private possibly just to allow more ppl to buy Hello xxxx we e come across your comment on our FB post and we re here to address your concern Unfortunately due to the Covid-19 situation globally standard flights to the UK and other countries via Korea Post that we rely on shipping orders are still suspended and we don t have any estimate as to when they will resume But based on the improving situation in Korea we anticipate that the air traffic will be restored in the coming weeks Pending orders will be shipped in priority as soon as flights to your country resume Our sincere apologies for any delay in shipping your order and sincerely seek your patience and understanding in this uncertain time HERE THE SCAM PART By the way while standard shipping is not available at the moment we can ship your order asap using priority shipping carriers like DHL This means costlier but faster shipping 30USD shipping and delivery typically takes 3-8 working days from date of shipment Also please note that you might have to pay tax depending on your Customs regulations but we will lower the declared value so tax is minimal if not free If you d like to choose this option please let me know and I ll send you an invoice In ordinary websites you read this type of info through appropriate pop-ups so that shall you want to go on with the order you will do so in an informed way This is not SLURP s case On SLURP website you need to actively look for the link leading to what mentioned above Useless to say that such a link is nowhere immediately accessible on the website Basically they take your money and then say see u later This is the most unprofessional brand I have come across hands down

Be careful

Be careful I ordered Niacid and Hyaluid on May 11 money was taken on May 13 but I haven t received any shipment confirmation I sent email and messages on their Facebook but no reply

Never received the product after over 2

Never received the product after over 2 months even though I was charged right away The company was silent after I asked for clarifications multiple times and didn t acknowledge my request of reimbursement They stole my money don t fall for it Horrible experience

I Ordered 2 products -Hydromer and Gel

I Ordered 2 products -Hydromer and Gel on 23 December and I still didn t receive my order 2 month later because unaccountably they normalny sell Hydromer even it s not in stock However it was back in stock and they didn t send it anyway so far Customer servise is fine they communicate and also sent me discount 10 because I am waiting so long but still don t send my order for some unknown reason

annoying company to deal with

they cancelled my order by accident and thus made me reordered However they proceeded to ship both orders and refused to refund my first order

Zero communication

Zero communication terrible customer service Demanded pictures of personal ID and credit card over email or they will forcefully cancel my order When asked if there is any other way they simply canceled the order without any room for communication Terrible company customer service DO NOT RECOOMEND for ANY customers outside of Korea

the products really work on me I can see the difference on the other hand their customer service is excellent

I don t understand the complaints on here I ordered and got my products within the week I literally have every product and I love

First of all I am a real human

First of all I am a real human 37 years old very dry skin and large pores also hyperpigmentation out the wazoo I ordered Decalt Niacid and Hydromer Decalt is a miracle in a bottle not only are my pores massively diminished but my skin feels less bumpy its less flaky its glowing Niacid has helped this also but with the hyperpigmentation almost gone I have milky glowy skin for the first time since I was a teenager The lines around my mouth and eyes are very slightly better but I think I d be best to try the Hyaluid and see if that helps that Hydromer is unlike anything I ve ever used from any company It forms like almost a pva glue style seal but glossy But not too glossy I wore sunscreen and makeup over it for the first time last Saturday and WOW For ages I ve not wore foundation because it make me look cakey and gross as my skin was so dry and patchy I looked fab for the first time in a long time All I can say is shocked All these bad reviews seem to be from during the pandemic when delivery was tough but mine came in 2 days I m UK and the products are well packaged and a dream to use I highly HIGHLY recommend
