They didn t have my prescription and the website had no listing of the prescription I needed I wrote to them and they said they would see what they could do A few days later they said they were able to get the lenses I needed

Confusing process and wrong item

Update from previous comment The customer service from this company is amazing They always replies within few hours I was impressed They answered all my questions and helped me to get what I wanted quickly I am impressed how fast the making of prescription glasses and the shipping is from HK The total time is shorter than if I order from the glasses company I normally use in the U S Previous answer I used my iphone Safari browser and bought a pair of prescription sunglasses But I received a pair of prescription glasses with the sunglasses frame After talking to their customer service I realized the website looks slightly different when using iphone Safari maybe someone can confirm this for me I didn t see the part that you need to choose the tint color match with original sunglasses or clear lenses So if you plan to purchase My suggestion is to use your computer The good part is that the order was done very fast From the day I ordered I got the order in 5 days This is international free shipping Also their customer service team replies pretty fast and very helpful Currently they are helping me to do an exchange with a tinted prescription lenses
