The ratings are good but the only thing

The ratings are good but the only thing that has been bothering me is that I got my confirmation message but I haven t gotten the shipment message and supposedly it was gonna arrived tomorrow I just want my iPhone 6 Plus please if you see this contact me other than that everything seen good and thank you

Excellent iWatch for the money

I bought an IWatch used and only rated in an average condition At 115 and as a stainless steel model I was very concerned having read some of the reviews that it would be awful It truth the watch cam inside 72 hours from France and it was excellent The sapphire crystal was flawless and just some minor wear on the SS Tbh it looks a couple of month old Brilliant value in reality

I ordered an iphone and two accessories from them Then I went online and read reviews about the company so I was worried And then my box came a day later than they said so I wasn t thrilled However my iphone 8 came and it even still had a year apple care warranty on it that I don t think they knew about in condition exactly how described However one of the accessories was not in the box even though it said delivered on my receipt They refunded me my money promptly Overall good experience

Improving service quality

Update They followed up with me afterwards They are sorry about the customer service and they are willing to improve I can consider ordering a phone from them when I need Update I received the refund in a few days I guess they didn t have enough customer service team members to deal with inquiries I didn t get to talk to anyone to track my order No answers to my calls No reply to my emails

I bought an iphone 7 and everythihg was great EXCEPT they said they shipped a headphone jack adapter with the product and it wasn t in the box I have written to them several times with zero response It s not worth the fight I m very happy with everything else This company seems hit or miss You get lucky if everything goes well

The phone came without any scratch and functioning perfectly but the camera sounds even when the phone is silenced This is possibly because it s from a country were it s prohibited to silence the camera but anyway I didn t know that before buying it and it has been really inconvenient for me Besides from that everything s perfect

Trustworthy

Customer service was very professional Ordered a basic grade IPhone 8 Plus and it came in 2 days as expected The phone had no scratches on the screen but had scratches on the back housing wouldve gave it 5 stars if it wasn t for the scratches but i can t complain besides that the phone is in great shape and great quality
