The worst experience in my life

The worst experience in my life We ordered iPhone 6 and screen protection in the beginning of September 2019 When I opened the box I saw that screen protection was already damaged OK but what about iPhone for 150 euros The same story Sometimes when you touched the screen it was OK iPhone slowly but worked but 95 of the time it was out of work So I send back iPhone and broken tempered glass screen protection to Smarter Phone and 2 month of silence After sending at least 10 mails I received finally iPhone that works for now and no screen protection Stole my time money Beware

Bought iPhone 7 and didn t work with network went to the store and they couldn t get it to work Sent it back and company received 11 26 2019 at 1 01pm They have not refunded nor will they answer email and phone line does not answer Probably out my money DO NOT buy

Hello I ordered an iPhone 6 for my daughter and I got to return it 2 times one not unlocked and another one with screen issue Means they are not testing their productTheir website is out of order since weeks so I guess they closed their business

The phone we received never worked still waiting for them to answer my email sent 5 days ago despite them advertising a response within 24h Very disapointed

Company disappeared in Thin Air

I bought my phone August 2019 It had been working but the speakers weren t working well and about a month ago It heated up and refused to charge I had a warranty but the company is nowhere to be found now This is horrible customer service

Still waiting for my refund

Still waiting for my refund I sent back my iPhone on the 12 11 because the general battery was at 78 The iPhone would turn off in 2 hours We are the 3rd December and I am still waiting for a refund The customer service is very slow to answer me and I am really really disappointed I will continue to write messages since I don t get the refund

TOTAL SCAM Broken phones that they wont refund

Sent me a broken phone then told me that they would send me a refund within 7 days of receiving it It has been a month now and I still haven t received a refund Unfortunately the day after I returned that phone I bought another phone from them which was also broken and had to pay to return that too After spending 800 on their broken phones and paying to return both of them I STILL have not gotten a penny back TOTAL SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Not serious at all

Order a premium grade iphone I received a phone full a dents and visible scratches on the screen They sent me a basic grade product for me it is poor grade Try to sent it back but can t The phone was delivered very late mouth and the return period expired it started from order not after receive They offer a replacement but not with a premium grade only with basic Very bad experience Never again
