I am having the same experience as another customer Ordered 1 phone and have been charged for 2 I have tried repeatedly to contact this company and I have not had any luck Email came in another language as well as the customer service number is the same recording and hang up YTRZKOOXS This is my order number I was attempting to get a return on one phone however I may just cancel my whole order per rest of these reviews Amy

No communication

I purchased an IPhone 6 plus no problems so I purchased my son an IPhone 5 it doesnt get service and he cant download anything so I emailed them to see if I can return that phone and get credited towards a new phone since its under warranty and still no response

Phone Stopped Working the Second Week

First off on the website it says Your product is unlocked and running on all operators so you get the most out of your purchase When I received the phone at the time I had Sprint which is considered a CDMA service and it didn t work with the phone Had to go through the drama of changing carriers in order to even use the phone I purchased the phone in the beginning of June on the 4th Its now the 16th of June and the phone has completely stopped working No explanation for it whatsoever

I couldn t connect to Verizon my provider because it was still locked to another I gave it to a grandson who didn t care

Ordered an iPhone 6s Plus 128GB from them got a email saying it had guaranteed delivery for Tuesday July 2nd however it has yet to show up and the tracking link in the email does not work Multiple attempts of Emil text and phone calls to them have been ignored Would like to know where my phone is Order RXQJBASUD

Low prices poor service

The price is hard to beat but poor quality and worse customer service has left me seeking replacements every few months

well what a fiasco iphone ordered and paid for on the 30th July delivery promised on 12th August Chased up on the 14th 15th 16th No answer on the help line just a curt call back later message No phone received and cancelled on the 18th What a waste of 19 days

I had to send my phone back 2x already because is freeze up I can t dial out or receive call and other things I am disappointed with the phone

Likely received defective refurbished phone

I likely received an already defective phone It appears that the bottom microphone on my phone failed and I discovered this problem soon after I got my phone So it was likely broken when I received it I am able to get a refund or exchange which is good One thing is that communication isnt the best It can take them a little while to respond to emails

return two units 1 battery issue1 version would not work with my providerthey did accept both back and refunded the purchase price that is why they get two stars
