BRAND NEW iPHONE

I m beyond happy with the iPhone X that i ve ordered Till now seem like brand new to me no scratches or dents and even the battery life is 100 Amazing job guys I only had one problem that was solved by calling them I couldn t track my package on UPS because they didn t sent my tracking number Besides that i m very happy with the product Thanks a lot

I did a lot of online research to find a reasonably priced refurbished iPhone for my granddaughter Some reviews for Smarter got were not good but I took a chance anyway I received the phone in three days it was in mint condition and the customer service was excellent They emailed me just about everyday with tracking number and updates So phone is up and running so far so good My granddaughter is thrilled

Smarter phone co is the best for less I haven t had to use there warranty yet and I ve bought several phones Bought one that I made a mistake and ordered one that didn t have enough memory I explained the misunderstanding and they offered to take it back A friend bought it instead However they asked me to send it back without any hesitation I will continue to use them Most reliable company I ve bought from Thanks Smater Much appreciate doing business with a company that has the best business ethics Donnie Register

Pleasantly surprised

I was wary of my purchase after reading so many negative reviews on this site I can only speak to my one experience but that experience was a perfect one My phone looks brand new I selected Medium quality iPhone SE and it arrived 3 days after I placed the order the battery health is at 100 still after 10 days and it worked with my ATT SIM card no problem

I ordered two iPhone 8 plus s Phones arrived within 48 hours They were both in outstanding condition I had to search hard and only found one mark on one of them Battery health for both was great one at 94 and the other at 93 Maximum Capacity I will be using Smarter for my next phone purchases

Their customer service took care of me with my faulty iPhone

I have to admit that I was scared at the beginning because he took them a couple of days to answer But they apologized many times for the delay gave me all the process to return my faulty iPhone and they finally replaced it I think it s fair to rate with 5 stars I can t blame them to be difficult to join during summertime They managed to keep me 100 satisfied after all

Hi we love buying from Smarter Phone All of our new tech comes from them descriptions are accurate shipping is fast We had a recent issue with an Apple Watch that showed a non-impact crack along the left side about a week after purchase We understand it was not a warranty issue could not return and we are trying to make it work We have bought both Android and Apple phones from Smarter Phone are happy with the items
