Thank you so much for your service my smile is looking great when I come into the office the ladies are always so nice and friendly gets the Scans done quick they always answerer my questions I do recommend smile direct club to all my friends and family trust the process it does work thanks again for all that you do to keep our smiles worth while looking and feeling like a million bucks

Great first visit and scan

I had an amazing introduction to Smile Direct with my inhouse visit and scan with Irma in the Lancaster PA office She was knowledgeable and personable making the visit comfortable and detailed I was very impressed with the scan and how the process works really looking forward to working with the Smile team

Amazing Customer Service

The SmileGuide was amazing She was so professional and very personable Though the SmileGuide was working alone she made sure to let myself and other customers know of the unexpected extended wait times that we may experience which wasn t very long She had such a welcoming personality and it made me feel happy to be there I was comfortable with her and would definitely recommend this SmileShop to anyone just based off the great customer service The appointment was quick and easy to understand as well as straight to the point I m excited for my new smile

The visit was good I do have some constructive criticism The waiting room seemed a little dark so I had a little trouble finding where to check in Kristen I believe that s how it s spelled did a lovely job She was personable Informative I was a little worried that she wasn t a professional dentist So I was a little hesitant if I should get a second opinion somewhere on what I can do for my smile But she told me that someone will be reaching out to me with what I can expect
