So pleasant so personable and informative Anda at the Oxford Circus branch made my appointment a great experience From start to finish I was handled with care and felt very safe comfortable in her hands She was so calm knowledgeable and careful to explain the process even pulling on her own experience of using Smile Direct That was the kicker for me if she works for them and has invested in the products that s saying a lot and believes in what she uses I really liked that I was given the opportunity for my questions to be answered I ve also gotta say the main seating area was very welcoming everywhere was exceptionally clean and smelt amazing not too overpowering just the right balance I almost didn t want to leave I must have come at the right time because at the end of my consultation at least 3 different appointees arrived so SDC are clearly very popular - and for good reason too Anda was right on point professional but also warm and friendly equally the process was simple enough online and on my mobile The only small issue was the poor network service in the area - but there s lots of tall buildings back to back so it s beyond their control It worked out in the end though and I m so glad I attended Can t wait for my aligners in 3-5 days

My 1st appointment with Beverly She is amazing and very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and easy going straight away You dont feel on edge and can freely make conversion She guided me through the entire process and explained how it all works Gives you the information with pricing and let s you decide for yourself with no pressure at all It comes down to if you want to fix your mouth or not and that s it You won t be disappointed especially when I was quoted 3k by my dentist for invisiliners This is close to 50 of the cost but with finance option just shy of 2k with 73 per month payment plan you can t go wrong
