100 on the product less than perfect on shipping process

The device it s self is fantastic everything I wanted My only concern was shipping it took about a week longer then it said it took forever for the tracker to update though I know the company cannot control the postal service Overall very good Thank you

Great for the price

100 on the product and the basic box it was shipped in The time it took to ship was good and it was delivered when I was told it would The actual shipping was kind of not great Maybe it was just me but I felt kind of confused The shipping tracker would say it was at one place and then that it was heading to its destination which I assumed was my house That s not what it meant It meant that it was heading to another shipping destination like a distribution center or whatever I do appreciate that I was notified when it was at that new shipping destination

Easy to order

Bong pretty much perfect except the green paint is messy and overlaps onto the clear and the down stem and bowl are 1 piece together but the way the bong hits especially with ice makes up for those only 2 problems also feels very fragile tho don t break it good bong tho I recommend

I got one of each of the three mystery boxes and everything was great got my moneys well worth only one problem one of the bongs came in broken probably during shipping because everything was crammed inside of one box instead of coming separately like I would think but other than that everything was good

Great quality and customer service

I love my new Gili glass honeycomb bong It shipped fast and safe When I noticed one of my glass pipe screens was cracked in half I sent out an email not expecting much They sent me two brand new ones On top of having an amazing new bong they also resolved my issue with no hassle

The quartz tip nectar collector straw

The quartz tip nectar collector straw that I got broke 4 days after I received it after a 2 -3 inch accidental drop from the nectar collector grenade s stand as I went to pick it up to the bedside table The upgrade surprise gift was nice and all but having the quartz piece break within 4 days within 30 minutes of my birthday Not so nice The great thing about Smoking Outlet is their customer service I emailed them with a pic and details of what happened and they are sending me a replacement Great customer service great shipping time good quality great prices
