Vortex water pipe

Well one of the pipes I bought actually wasn t in stock I did have someone reach out to me and ask if I would like an exchange instead Although I did appreciate the customer service I was sent the wrong color of pipe that we agreed on for the exchange Not only that but the silicone bong bowl I bought didn t have a bowl It was just the silicon part what am I supposed to do with that Definitely won t be buying from the Smoking Outlet again

Great piece and I loved it but it was very fragile more fragile than my other pieces and ended up breaking after using it for a few days Decent for the price though and gives a great hit just be very careful with it

Good products Wrong Color

Good product but sent the wrong color Sent me iridescent orange instead of solid orange for the Diamond Glass Klein Recycler Dab Rig The sherlock bubbler and case for it that I received is the best 18 I spent I was worried about it since colors are random but am very happy with the blue and yellow coloring Is it high quality or heady Of course not There s no catch At an 18 price what do you have to lose It really kills me that they sent me the wrong colored dab rig because I really dislike the iridescent fuming on it I haven t used it yet and am really considering to try and return it for the color I ordered
