I finally got my order

I wrote before that they won t let you cancel the 12 month description but the customer service came through and made an exeption on which i am grateful As for the first box some items were really delicious and the quantity is really good for the price i will probably be taking another one in the future

My previous review I gave 1 star due to the fact that they had promised a second package as well as the treats being afwul and late this is the review for the latest experience After some back and forth through mail they came through and sent the promised second package this package was american themed which turned out to be rather good I would say for the price you get a decent amount not too much not too little

Been with them since September 2023 No issues until a few months ago May-June where they had some delivery issues because of the company they hired so per se not their fault The snacks are good and or great they deliver on time That is my experience with them pretty happy

Great box great snacks good delivery I really didn t like that my 6 month subscription was automatically extended that really isnt nice

I went for the country box and had it for around three years It had a very good variety and always came on time The only time I had any issues when picking it up from the parcel shop they re-sent it to me without problems My only issue was during the cancellation which had to do with a change in lifestyle rather than anything form the service I kept getting the message of it being porcessed without giving me a clear date

The first box i ordered was delayd and i had to write to support and ask them where it was and they told me it was delayd and that they would sent it as soon as possible I ordered it for a christmas present but it was delayd which was sad but it is what it is i guess and it arrived in late januari and then the next box also had trouble never got a tracking number and so on i wrote to support and they got me a tracking number and everything seemed to work but next month the same happened seems to be problem with their logistics is my guess but everything arrived but to have to write to support everytime is abit of a hazzle i got some compensation which was nice but if they can sort out the logistics trouble and to get tracking number in time everything should work out fine for them i hope they sort their stuff out box and content inside was alright sometimes i ve got 2 of the same items which i d rather not have so far i d give a 4 star rating and that is thats to the nice support staff they have logistics in time tracking numbers and that part could be improved i can recommend to try if you have an interest of candys you can not get in your home country Japan box was my try

Love the way you don t know which country you re going to get surprise element shipping is fast their website is easy to handle wish there was a one-off or 6-month subscription option Overall a good experience

The boxes took quite some time to arrive but even if they were delayed it still felt worth the wait The boxes were nicely packed and had great attention to detail They came with around 10 snacks each but a snack guide were included where I could read about every item Also it came with a postcard to my surprise That the boxes took while to get delivered made me suspicious But so far so good Even if it does keep being delayed each month like this I don t mind too much as long as I get what I paid for 4 5 would recommend

It s exactly what it sets out to be I received mine in a timely manner with no issue A little expensive but you know what you re signing up for before you buy
