They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item without a receipt Now the customer service is asking for the receipt in order for me to return this wrong item and get my money back

Delivery and return are subject to a fee

When ordering they wrote that the return is free But when it was necessary to return the goods I had to pay 11 euros Not recommended my friends

Ordered shoes it was the wrong size so I send them back Then they told me they were dirty and that they could not take them back they were not dirty I had to pay them extra to get the shoes send to me again Now I have the wrong size shoe and they were not dirty at all
