They sent me the wrong item

They sent me the wrong item without a receipt Now the customer service is asking for the receipt in order for me to return this wrong item and get my money back

Ordered shoes it was the wrong size so I send them back Then they told me they were dirty and that they could not take them back they were not dirty I had to pay them extra to get the shoes send to me again Now I have the wrong size shoe and they were not dirty at all
