Snoozeband deluxe well worth the money

I bought the Snoozeband deluxe about 2 weeks ago it has been excellent It cuts out the light is comfortable I m a side sleeper I find the in-built sounds to be all I need I set it to 1 hour and am asleep well before it switches off It took a few nights to get used to the controls but the instructions are clear I tried the bluetooth to my phone to listen to Spotify dream sounds which works easily however the ads are annoying so I just stick to the free in-built sounds The speakers weren t in the right place for me at first however you can easily reposition them to suit yourself I m 61 and since using Snoozeband I get to sleep much quicker than I have in years I still wake up occasionally but am able to get back to sleep quickly by using the rain sound again That is a miracle I normally struggle to get back to sleep if I wake up too early I highly recommend Snoozeband deluxe best purchase I ve ever made and worth the money

Tinnitus sufferer

My wife suffers from tinnitus has found this device works well not only for playing soothing music but also as an eye mask Her only complaint is that she would like the charge display to be clearer as its inside the cover difficult to see and it would be more user friendly if it could be left charging indefinitely like a phone rather than limited to a two hour maximum as you need to set a timer to make sure you don t exceed the maximum charge time Those things not withstanding she is very pleased with her Snoozeband

A very good product

A very good product I wear it in bed at night otherwise I would struggle to sleep with Tinnitus Despite being a side sleeper I ve yet to wake up with a sore ear Would recommend to anyone struggling to sleep with noises in their ear

I ordered 2 x Snoozeband Pro s for myself and my partner There was an issue with one of the items Customer services Laura responded very quickly to my email and everything was resolved super quickly and to my complete satisfaction An excellent customer service experience with Snoozeband going way beyond my expectation My partner used her Snoozeband Pro last night and was super pleased with it Complete blackout and very comfy to wear Best nights sleep in a long time Looking forward to using my replacement when it arrives Thanks Laura

Good Product Excellent Customer Service

I really like my Snoozeband Deluxe and have used it practically every night for the past year that I ve had it I was therefore disappointed when it stopped working on one side However I had a quick response from a representative from Snoozeband with a new electronic part being sent out Good product excellent customer service

Great sound and comfort

Comfortable to sleep in works well as an eye mask and excellent sound quality compared to other alternatives I use the built-in sleep timer to switch it off after 2 hours as I m fast asleep I ll probably never use my normal earphones at night time again Definitely recommend for anyone who falls asleep with music

Excellent customer service

Unfortunately the product didn t work for me however I cannot fault the customer service I returned the product within the 15 days and got issued a full refund without any fuss Very quick and friendly responses throughout the whole process If you re not as fussy as I am I would highly recommend this company

Perfect for kids

Bought one of the snoozeband kids for my 4 year old daughter She loves listening to music and stories but hates conventional headphones This is a fantastic alternative Allows her to listen whenever she wants without disturbing others The size adjustment strap on the back works perfectly She also uses it at bedtime to listen to stories She thinks it brilliant Can t recommend it enough

Great SnoozeBand

I love my SnoozeBand - I suffer with Tinnitus and I use sound therapy to help me sleep and this SnoozeBand is idea - really comfortable to wear and as a side sleeper wasn t uncomfortable at all I have even worn mine out on dog walks as doubles as a headband Highly recommended and going to be getting one for my husband
