Not great quality and took a very long time to arrive The covers are not fire retardant As the product is specifically designed to cover a sofa unlike a throw it should be fire retardant This is not explicit on their website

Slow Delivery and Poor Customer Service

My order took over a month and a half to arrive and was never actually delivered to my house but left outside the building by the courier where it was promptly stolen Contacted SofaLush for assistance and was advised they would neither replace nor refund the package Absolute waste of time and money useless customer service

TERRIBLE SERVICE

TERRIBLE SERVICE After long waiting more than 3 weeks I contacted them just to hear that my order is just being PROCESSED and will provide me with a tracking number once it s shipped Seriously 3 weeks of waiting time for just having it processed

Still waiting for my item after 3 months

Same as the other review I order a cover for my sofa in April and now we in August and still haven t received it I email the customer service but their answer is always the same the package has arrived to your country but it is taking longer for delivery My card was charged so not sure I will ever get a refund

Product came from China

Product came from China Took 4 weeks to get into the States Then the product looked cheap and didn t fit any of the couches after double checking measurements We then had to pay for return shipping to the UK which costs almost as much as the product Awful customer service Would recommend not buying from here

They Stole My Money

Ordered sofa and chair covers in January 2023 This is now June NEVER received them Contacted company FIVE TIMES No response They took my money 79 96 DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Missing order missing refund - be warned

Be warned because returns are not easy and customer service is poor My first order took many weeks to arrive I was OK with this because of covid etc I sent some items back 7 weeks ago - tracked as per instructions - still haven t had my refund Customer service is slow and you have to keep chasing Ended up opening a PayPal dispute In the meantime I had placed another order - 8 weeks ago now - and still no sign of it I ve requested a refund but they ve not even responded Shame because the product is lovely but I spent over 300 with them and am worried I won t get a product or my money back

UPDATE They are now trying to get my review removed since it is negative They claim that I never purchased anything Guess what I have the receipts Please don t read their solicited 5-star reviews I tried for HOURS to get this to fit on my sofa I purchased a two-seater and a one-seater My sofa is smaller than the average two-seater and the fabric was still too small It is advertised that the one-seater can be used for ottomans and once again it did not fit Return policy is horrible - no prepaid shipping label so it would be 194 for me to return to the UK Took a MONTH to get here from China Instructions are useless because they are typed in broken English

2 and 3 seater covers too small for my small 2 seater

Measured and ordered covers of choice Slow delivery because of Suez Canal no problem When my sofa covers arrived they were too short width wise to tuck down Returned product and ordered 3 seater covers These turned up quicker and again are not big enough to tuck in I am still awaiting a refund from the first set and now have another set to return Also given up on my funky Zebra stripped sofas
