8445Our garden room installation has just been completed We are very pleased with the end result and glad we chose Solar Frame Right from our initial enquiry they have been helpful and communication has been good The fitters plasterer and electrician were all great and kept us informed throughout Very efficient and tidy tradesmen and always happy to answer any questions Thank you Connor Project Manager who made sure everything ran smoothly

SolarFrame - From Planning to Completion Excellent

From our first meeting with Tom Bishop of SolarFrame we were impressed there was no pressure a simple presentation based on the requirements for our conservatory The various Teams involved were first class from Zac and his two guys who laid the base and constructed the side and dwarf walls Dean and Dan the Installers of the Conservatory were superb they got on with the job and completed everything within two days leaving everything spotless Great work very professional and on time The plasterers finished off making the almost completed job looking good The Electricians installed the new wiring and returned a couple of days later as arranged to fix and test the lighting The whole job was rounded off by Carl who checked everything had been done as planned and cleaned the Conservatory from top to bottom Everything looking good The whole experience with SolarFrame has been excellent we have received phone calls from Connor and Cat at H O to confirm scheduling and follow up calls on completion Clive and Susan Edwards

We used SolarFrame for 2 new bathroom

We used SolarFrame for 2 new bathroom windows and a landing window The fitters Mark and Steve were punctual polite and prompt They showed us how to use the window features after fitting There was an issue with a cracked pane but a technician came just a week later to fix the issues Kat has also kept us updated every step of the way on the phone and been very helpful with any issues Thank you for all your work

Having completed a great deal of research prior to selecting SolarFrame to replace my conservatory I have not been disappointed in this company Co-Ordinator Kat kept me informed throughtout the process If I had any queries she was available to ensure all went smoothly Fitters Adam and Connor worked extremely hard removing the old frame and installing the new one Everything was left neat and tidy at the end of each day Electrician Mark discussed everything with me and kept me fully informed regarding timescales Plasterer Terrys Team worked extremely hard and left everything clean and tidy Technician Chris came on the final day and ensured everything was in order and finished off to a high standard I received excellent service from SolarFrame from their representative at the initial visit the site surveyor and all the project team Thank you

The process was seamless from beginning to end Having a dedicated coordinator ensured we knew exactly who was coming and when and updated if there were any changes The build itself is great very happy with the building quality and finish Everyone involved fitters builder etc have been great Would definitely recommend
