Happy with everything

Happy with everything but on contacting RED ENERGY they said the installing electrician should have rewired the SMART METER so that energy went to the house first I would appreciate a follow-up call on this please

Excellent from start to finish

My experience was excellent Adam was punctual friendly informative and very helpful answering any queries I had The installation process went excellently too Same again punctual friendly and very helpful The follow up call was also welcomed as i had a couple of questions still needing answers which were sorted immediately Over all a positive experience from start to end Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go solar

Harry provided a friendly informative description of how the system works as well as the financial benefits that the system would provide in the future He was also available by phone to discuss additional changes that I required to the contract and made a second visit to change are original contract

THE ADVANTAGES OF PURCHASING SOLAR PANELS

From the day Sarah your representative knocked on my door to the day it was installed I found Smart Energy amazing Sarah was so friendly and went into so much detail explaining the advantages to have Solar Panels installed Sarah was so easy to talk Even when I explained to her it may be months before I could have solar panels installed as my Insurance Company was going to replace my roof as soon as all the rain stopped It was months and as soon as they finished replacing my roof I rang Sarah to tell her and she had it booked in for the following week The Solar installers were wonderful and did a great job with the installation Setting me up with an App I would recommend Smart Energy to everybody

My battery Installation

My initial meeting with Bradley convinced me it was a progressive step to add a battery to my solar panels system Bradley had analysed from my last energy bill that I was losing half my generation back to the grid A battery addition had been on my mind for some time I was very happy too that the battery installation could be delayed a couple of months to accommodate my financial position and still at the quoted cost The installation day went well although my electrical system needed upgrading in the garage where the battery was to be installed Bradley explained this to me on the day after the electrician had contacted him Now my garage is ready for a future addition to get an EV Many thanks to Bradley for his friendly interaction both in person and on the phone

Mark his 2 assistants were absolutely so polite friendly very experienced at what they were doing answered any questions we put them in easy simple terms Would recommend them to everyone

Jackson Burke and Smart Energy team are exceptional

We have had 2 solar systems installed in our 2 homes 2 years apart by Smart Energy team and have been more than happy on both occasions The most recent installation was with batteries and made an amazing difference with great results on our energy bill Great qualty products with exceptional customer service especially from Jackson Burke who was very efficient knowledgeable and professional The installers were very friendly punctual and tidy
