I wasn t on hold for more than just a minute My customer service person was delightful helpful and I felt assured that my issue would be taken care of I m also very happy that I didn t have to do anything to resolve my issue

Solidarity Health Share has provided

Solidarity Health Share has provided the BEST customer service support and care I have ever had Solidarity is NOT health insurance in the traditional sense and thank God it isn t or I wouldn t have been aligned approved and covered for the unforeseen health issues I have had this year They have been instrumental in saving my life Solidarity has considered my life valuable and unquestionably worth the treatment regime I required I can honestly say I have been treated mercifully as part of their family Solidarity Health Share is people helping people The extraordinary health care I receive as a member with Solidary inspires me to tell everyone to experience it for themselves

Solidarity healthshare is a game

Solidarity healthshare is a game changer and a life saver My wife and I recently had a our third child and it was the first time we had a child while being with solidarity I can tell you from past experiences working with insurances this was by far the most easiest and honestly the best there was Not only was the medical cost extremely less but the ease and preparation that solidarity did with us all the way through the pregnancy and delivery was amazing It allowed for us to be in the moment and not once had to worry about another medical financial burden They truly care for life and support life in all stages

I have had a wonderful experience with Solidarity Healthshare I have been on it since I turned 62 Everyone is always so friendly and helpful I am getting on Medicare as of December 1st but am very thankful I had heard about Solidarity from a friend I have recommended a couple of my friends to check out Solidarity Thank you for all you do

My question was answered quickly and kindly I needed help with submitting a medical bill and I had a computer glitch I had to call back and I was directed to submit it as an email I was thanked for my membership so pleasant kind and patient with helping me to create an email folder for Solidarity

Great experience with customer service

I had a very plenty experience with the customer service rep today He was helpful and pleasant He answered all of my questions thoroughly I am not satisfied with Solidarity Healthshare in terms of reimbursement though It is taking quite a while to receive reimbursement and communication about my claims have not been great The rep explained the reason for the reimbursement delay I hope that things will start speeding up soon

Outstanding Support and Resolution by David

David was outstanding in helping me with a complicated billing issue - he was patient and totally professional He understood my issue and assured me that it would be resolved He waited on the phone while I sent him backup documentation he requested and sent my needs back for re-processing for timely submission THANK YOU David God Bless

Finally problem resolved

David helped me with a problem that I have been trying to get resolved for a long time and was getting nowhere with the doctor or laboratory He turned a very frustrating situation into a pleasant experience He was kind knowledgeable and took action instead of giving me the run-around He made me feel I could trust Solidarity
