David showed tremendous patience

David showed tremendous patience understanding and care in helping me sort out the mess caused by Solidarity s inability to process claims in a timely manner The delay is so unbelievable I was referred to Collection agencies and denied routine service due to my delinquency in paying bills To this day in 2023 I still have outstanding claims dating back to 2021 Like I told David I like what Solidarity stands for but their claims process has been a painful experience David s calm and happy demeanor shed light at the end of the tunnel

Bobby was excellent

Bobby stayed in there with me for well over an hour to solve my problem that no one else had solved I pray it comes out as he says He tolerated my extreme impatience with kindness I have made several calls on this issue and he FINALLY worked it for me I appreciate so much that he was patient and understanding and actually handled my issue

David was super super patient and really went out of his way to help me resolve my concerns He took his time to explain some issues to me and was just overall the best and most helpful Very grateful for his support and patience our call went quite long and I was becoming concerned he was getting annoyed but he never once seemed bothered he stayed with me on the call for as long as he needed to help me resolve my issues

Solidarity has been a great experience We have enjoyed being members the past few years Also exciting to hear that they are growing their relationships with providers spread across the US giving us more options to make sure our billing process is smooth

The onboarding process with Solidarity

The onboarding process with Solidarity was simple and straightforward Most of the information was online and I was able to get most of my questions answered through the website Scheduling was easy and the software is user friendly I ve only been a member for about a month but so far my experience has been wonderful I love that my healthshare costs are going toward a faith based organization pricing is fair and there are various tiers to choose from

Off the Charts Customer Service

David Brzezniak helped me tremendously today and on 10 7 22 He continuously answered all my questions provided information and eased my anxiety David is dedicated to this mission He made my day because sometimes managing the claims is very time consuming David is thorough and highly skilled He has great patience and an ability to stay on task and drive the process of settlements Dave exceeded my expectations

Great Customer Support

This was my first time using Solidarity Healthshare after changing from having insurance My first experience of going to the pharmacy to get a flu shot was great I had to call customer support to confirm whether I had to pay out of pocket or the pharmacy needed to bill Solidarity instead Customer support answered the call quickly and was extremely helpful She explained everything and answered all my questions I ve already submitted all the paperwork so I should be getting reimbursed shortly Thanks Solidarity for making my first use experience a great one

Very smooth sign up process with live person answering questions not automated it makes it more personal effective and timely manner to obtain information and address concerns
