I have gotten a few items from this website I was very happy with the first item I purchased - very happy An entryway table that needed to be put together - the materials were of much better quality than I assumed they would be because of the price A sturdy well made table at a decent price It was delivered quickly and it was relatively easy to put together Then looking through their site I found a few more items and bought quite a few more Still not disappointed in the least There was even an issue with one of the parts and they replied to my email right away Good quality good prices speedy delivery AND excellent customer service Really couldn t be happier with my purchases

Great customer service

I ordered a 3-bin for my kitchen for general waste and recycling separation There was an issue with the delivery for some reason it was not delivered and returned back I contacted Songmics and they looked into it and apologised for the delivery error and offered a refund or a replacement product to be sent I wanted the item so requested another unit which arrived with me the following day Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend them I also love the product too

Got a stylish bookshelf very easy to assemble as all bags with mounting material were signed so it is very easy to follow the instruction As well price-value-ratio is a fair deal

Cannot Fault Customer Service

I had a slight problem whereby a pin was missing from the umbrella I d ordered but my issue was dealt with promptly by Annie who was friendly and courteous at all times I would not hesitate in purchasing from this Company again and will do so in future thanks to their fantastic Customer Service
