Wonderful Customer Service

I have been using sonnet for a couple years now and love this insurance company You can do everything yourself online however unlike other companies where you cannot call them for anything you either have to wait for an email or talk to a robot with sonnet you can still call if needed and speak to a live customer service representative I had to call regarding some confusion with my payment dates and spoke with Sarnia who was wonderful very thorough knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was expecting before hanging up
