Most chargers do not work
I have a subscription with Source and the pricing and abundance of locations is great However the charging locations are poorly maintained and the customer service is non existent Of the 8 charging stations within 1 mile walk of my home only 3 of them work and as such are never available so I mostly have to drive further afield and plug into a fast charger at greater cost and greater waste of my time

Wish I had read reviews before using
Wish I had read reviews before using this local charger but I had no choice as it s the only one on estate At first it kept coming up as unavailable when it clearly was so it took several tries Then there s the 49 fee debited from one s card before any charging has begun Absolutely rip off rates aswell

I don t know how these guys are in business you cant get through to them on the phone Their admin is as useful as pedals on a wheelchair Absolute disgrace as if driving a hairdryer wasn t irritating enough try and charge it in a supposedly EV progressive capital and you can t Nice one guys

SLOW SLOW PEOPLE
Why have councils agreed to allow these people to install their charging systems I applied for residential subscription a week ago and all now my document s haven t been approved or anything Just paying extra 20p per kwh due to the slow pace these guys work at Its absolutely unfair I wish these guys were never the providers of charging in my area To top it off once it finally gets approved i ll have to wait another what 7-10 days for my card to come through Flipping slow people Its as if one person is working in this company and that same person has to deliver the card themselves

Pointless useless feels like a scam
AVOID I ve tried three different charging points and all have been faulty I was charged over 100 and received zero electricity even though status on the app told me it was charging I thought there might be an issue with my car or that I was doing something wrong but all my further attempts at other providers charging points have been successful Try shell ubitricity or BP fast charging expensive but at least it works instead Source London customer service has been totally useless insisting the problem is me it s owned by Total - should have known I m a recent convert to an EV and rely on public chargepoints They ve lost a potential customer Hopefully others will save themselves time and money by also taking their business elsewhere

pre authorized fee 49pound refund8 Grafton Road Kingston upon Thames KT3 The charging stall hasn t work on 23 12 2023 but wasn t refund to my account directly has been over 20 days Since 30 12 2023 i ve been send a couple of email asking refund for pre authorized fee but no response I can t imagine how do they running the business like that without responding just such a scammer AVOID

No point setting up an account
The most basic pay of running a subscription business is getting customers on board is activating their accounts After months in still waiting it just shows as Pending with no communication I ve even tried seeing up an account twice Absolutely hopeless If you read this source london I suggest you search your database by pending accounts Who knows you may improve your bottom line updated for typos

Useless company
Joke of a company Chargers on my street Briscoe Road SW19 have been out of action for over 2 months Myself plus others locally depend on these living in London without driveways public charge points are unfortunately essential so this is a major issue I have called Source around 5 times now on each occasion I m told this has been logged but they can t give any updates beyond this Nothing has changed the issue seems no further on with no signs of these being fixed Also now a complete waste of the two allocated spaces in an area where parking is a real challenge

Company stuck in the stone age
Tried charging 4 times - each time failed charge Debit card charged 50 each time so now out 200 which will be returned 7-10 days later Honestly what a ridiculous policy - other charging companies return the holding fee instantly Customer service representative was nice and has escalated but really shouldn t be holding onto to this amount for 7 days

Ridiculous idling charges
Source London is a company which has no care for air pollution or the environment- they have a ridiculous idle charging fee which makes them a lot of money on drivers who don t know - or leaves empty parking spaces on busy roads when they do My opinion of them could not be worse
