Please do not buy from this company

Please do not buy from this company It s a business model built by buying the cheapest possible tat and selling it at a massively inflated price on a glossy website where the owner ends everything with a cute but extremely fake xx I ve seen items I purchased which also happen to be faulty for a quarter of the price i paid

Disappointed Blue Glass Lamp

The product image online looks completely different to the product I received The image on the website is very misleading Postage and customs expenses were incurred for an item that I would not have purchased if a truthful image had been shown The item is a very pale blue grey and the glass is not as thick as it appears in the online image I was not offered to have my customs expenses refunded as the reply suggests I was offered a gift voucher towards a future purchase which I do not want to make An empty gesture
