Overall a good experience

I was a little sceptical about the 3 month warranty from Spectrum as part of the purchase of a 3 year old low mileage Corsa from Motorpoint However in the end the claim was paid fairly smoothly by Spectrum direct to a Perrys service centre the claim was for replacing a faulty active grille shutter actuator in all three components were replaced after initial and secondary diagnostic was performed

Easy to make a claim spoke with the garage Fairly quick payment Only reason for 4 is didn t receive confirmation the claim received or when payment was made So only knew it had been done when appeared in my bank account

Back on the road in under 12 hours

I broke down Within 2 calls to them they arranged a mobile repairer and then a tow truck then they arranged a nearbyish garage 7 miles from home within the day Simple repair but also done within that same day Garage should be nearer and also they need to check their garages The one I was at seemed a bit sketchy but that could just be my opinion I was a lone female attending

Thank you spectrum for answering me

I contacted Cargiant to log my claim and had no response and had major delays for a several weeks I email spectrum insurance after being told there are my claim team and this was handled with speed The warranty couldn t pay however thank you to Andrew who really helped me and explained everything why the brakes wasn t covered

Great Warranty Provider

A little hard to get through to at times but always responded They acted on my claim with urgency and paid out 100 I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for piece of mind with their car

Good experience

The claim was handled very efficiently and the company take a very pragmatic approach to how you can sort quotes and work out The only issue I had was making initial contact as getting through to a call handler was difficult However the call back system works well
