Best Warranty provider by far

Without doubt the only Warranty Provider you should use I also have vehicles with a company call Motoreasy and they basically refuse everything Spectrum are honest helpful and Provider a service that actually matches what they sell

From first contacting them I was very impressed with how courteously and efficiently they handled my claim The bodywork technician who did the work was excellent and the result was like magic - you wouldn t know there had been a repair Very impressed

On first contact I was given

On first contact I was given instructions on how to progress with the repair and how to make a claim 2 different garages let me down on getting quotes and I kept in contact with Spectrum who reassured me it wouldnt affect my claim Third time lucky and the process was extremely quick and straightforward as long as you re ok with sending copies of quotes etc digitally I had the quote authorized the same day and the work was completed I didn t have a problem with paying up front and claiming back but the 3 weeks it took or 30 days it could have taken could be a problem to some people I used my credit card but had to pay off the balance before I was reimbursed Maybe consideration of this could be given when a car is under warranty

Great service Contrary to some reviews - the people were very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable Clear instructions what to do they handled liaison with the garage and everything went smoothly All I had to do was turn up and collect my car from the nominated garage Glad I chose this company

Great experience with spectrum

Recently had to go through spectrum when my new car needed a new battery new gear box AND new clutch It was a nightmare and I didn t hold out much hope that spectrum would help but they completely proved me wrong They had great communication always called back when they said they would and them when we got the price from the garage they didn t leave me waiting long to give me a response as to whether they would cover the work and they did cover it all to my relief Thank you for making a stressful situation a little easier

I used these guys when I bought my car

I used these guys when I bought my car as it was the warranty my garage picked I then decided to take an added warranty as I had several issues within my warranty period and they dealt with them all professionally Nabeela is extremely helpful and explains everything thoroughly to the extent I have now covered a second car with them yesterday I d never have taken a warranty before but this is a game changer
