MY ALA GOLD warranty has been a lifesaver I recently had a single broken rear coil spring on my BMW 640D and thanks to my warranty it was all covered The best thing was that as good practice components such as shock absorbers coil springs need to be changed as pairs which spectrum were nice to cover From start to finish it was a smooth process and it was all done in less than a week at an authorized spectrum garage

I experienced a gearbox fault with my VW Tiguan The claims team were quick to advise what to do the garage I was recommended to go Brittanic arranged collection dealt with my claim very quickly I m now back on the road very quickly happy So big thanks to spectrum Brittanic

Making and completing the claim was very simple and straightforward with little input from yourself The garage takes your car and has all work done within either hours or 1-2 days if needed

5 Star service Highly recommended

5 Star service from Spectrum I had 2 claims on my Jeep Wrangler and the process couldn t be easier Take your car to any VAT registered garage for assessment I took mine to an RAC approved one and the rest is taken care of I wouldn t use anyone else for an aftermarket warranty

Having taken out an extended warranty on my vehicle for peace of mind fair to say I was a little reluctant initially as I have never done this previously under the pretences it was unnecessary and not cost effective Having had 4 issues with my vehicle since June the service I have recieved on each occasion has been exemplary Keep up the good work
