I really wanted to love Spoonful of Comfort The packaging was absolutely beautiful and gave a wonderful first impression Unfortunately the quality of the food itself was disappointing especially for those who prefer clean wholesome ingredients The cookies are made with bleached flour and have a noticeable aftertaste The bread is overly spongy and contains dough conditioners which isn t ideal for those who avoid processed additives Most disappointing was the chicken soup while it looks homemade it contains dextrose a chemical additives that can be problematic for people sensitive to such ingredients If you re sending this to someone who is unwell or has dietary sensitivities this may not be the best choice While the presentation is lovely the ingredients don t align with a clean eating lifestyle I really wish the quality matched the care put into the packaging

Wonderful care package

Sent as a gift to a family who had a loss this was a big hit Particularly the socks ordered three pair and little book for the little girl who had lost her grandfather What a beautiful care package to send someone you love who is going through a challenging time It meant a lot to them The company shipped quickly and packaging was great

I first learned of this company when my father passed away and received a yummy care package from a friend Through trauma you barely have any appetite but this soup hit the spot and gave me the nourishment my body needed while my soul healed I ve since sent a few packages myself to others to all rave reviews Having most recently been sick myself I again received a care package from my mother with the most delicious tomato basil soup I scoured the internet to see how I could recreate this recipe and found that Spoonful of Comfort posts their recipes - what a wonderful surprise that this information is shared - now I just need to order the yummy rolls and snickerdoodles for my husband Thank you Spoonful of Comfort you truly are a perfect comfort when most needed

I first received Spoonful of Comfort after loosing my best friend After loosing my husband Spoonful was sent to me 3x When tragedy hits one forgets to eat Comfort soup homemade biscuits and cookies are so very comforting I now send Spoonful to many for their Comfort I ve even included cozy socks which were so appreciated I told my funeral director where my husband was waked please if people ask what they can send send Spoonful of comfort I love this company Soups are so delicious and other added choices are so thoughtful
