bought a firearm online and they shipped to a ffl in my state they were running a promotion on the firearm i purchased which came with a 130 dollar sw giftcard they asked me if i had any proof of the promotion and lucky for me i took a picture of there web page and sent it to them now they are requesting more pics with time and dates on them i told the lady if you cant check which promos you are running maybe you guys shouldnt be in business still nothing back from them never shop there again

While shopping their website a pop up said signup for text and receive a 10 discount on your next order I was ordering 99 97 cents worth The website wouldn t except the code I called and told it s because 1 item was reloading bullets I took those off then was told it has to be a 100 dollar order Went back reread the text and no where did it say that FALSE ADVERTISING Walmart has the same item for the same price Guess where I am purchasing the item

Bait and no bait to ship

Ordered rifle they claimed was in stock They charged my card and every time for several weeks now I check my account online gun is shown as pending shipment translation gun was never in stock and they lied to me and probably countless others Not worth saving a few bucks to put up with this crap Maybe they need a class action lawsuit for obvious fraud

I placed an order that I didn t know was out of stock

I placed an order received an email stating that when it shipped I would be updated After about 8 days of not hearing anything I clicked the link and the website said there was no order history I called a very pleasant customer service person and after 5 minutes of him checking he told me it would ship within 48 hours And that I would receive an email with tracking information 10 days after I ordered from this company I received an email that the item I ordered was not available Obviously this item was out of stock when I ordered it Therefor I will never again order from this company as I do not trust anything they have listed is actually in stock

Awful experience with Sportsman s warehouse I purchased a sleeping bag online and after doing a little further research I realized it wasn t the one I wanted When the product arrived I called to initiate a return The woman in customer service that I spoke to on the phone told me I would get a return label sent to my email When the email arrived it told me the item was on clearance and they would not accept my return If that is your policy at least list it on the item page a simple All Sales Are Final On Clearance Items would suffice And train your customer service associates to have some backbone and not LIE to customers The absurd return policy is one thing but the fact I was lied to will ensure I never shop at Sportman s Warehouse again

Be careful ordering from this outfit for anything online The canned message system will spit out messages that validate their helpful stance but the promises of shipment and when delivery can be expected is all fantasy When I finally received what I had ordered it was 5 days past the expected date and they had charged my card before it even shipped The man at the register who was helping me said they don t have a good system They might be better than nothing but not by much 1 star is far higher than is deserved

I purchased Sportiva hiking boots online which happened to be on sale Knowing these run small I ordered a 1 2 size larger The fit was still a bit too small so contacted customer service to inquire about exchanging for a larger size Answer sales of shoes are final and non re-fundable What Frankly I was astonished taken aback and will certainly take my business elswhere

Judging from the reviews I m not the only one with a horrible experience at Sportsman s warehouse this is by far the worst sporting good store in Missoula employees and managers are soooo lazy poorly trained and disrespectful this is just the beginning of their problems I even got the store and department managers involved and both where extremely rude and condescending The store manager Andrew was more interested in defending his staff which did not do their job what so ever and just had so many excuse on why well why they suck He did nothing to fix the problem Read the reviews most people have a similar experience here This is basically one bad manger covering for another it was actually pretty funny to witness If you like wasting your time and like being ignored when there are no other customer present at the counter then this is the store for you Want to waste several hours getting a scope mounted by poorly trained employees then this is the store for you Want to watch six employees have a conversation in front of you with out helping you then this is the store for you Do I need to say more go to a real MT sporting good store like Bobs or Shields and help get rid of this place Probably lost out on 1500 dollar sale and I ll make sure friends and family don t shop here either its that bad
