The whole experience was dreadful lol I purchased a pair of Merrill Boots and a 4-Pack of Columbia Socks for Work The price seemed reasonable and I thought I had 1 Order but it turns out the Items were shipped separately The Tracking on the website was not reliable I got the Socks but never got the Boots the customer service felt bot like I just cancelled through Discover and will never deal with this company again

6 22 24 purchased a pair of moc style slippers received 9 1 24 On 9 5 24 noticed shoe slipping from rubber sole Contacted sportsmen customer service their response was you have worn them so there is nothing they can do what a chicken sh-t company they don t stand behind their products what a garbage company

Customer service solved my issue
I ordered 2 products and the company shipped me 2 of the same item instead of what I ordered The customer service rep was very helpful and promptly worked with a supervisor to try and get the best resolution for me I was satisfied with the end result
