Where is my bag

The quality of the bags are amazing I love the fact that materials are vegan but when it comes to customer service via Phone or email it is absolutely repulsive and the time that it takes to get to your house it s unacceptable I ve made multiple orders with this company and usually it takes about a week Max to get to your house Unfortunately for just one cross body bag it took over a month for the order to come in and it would have taken longer I sent multiple emails with only automated responses saying they ll get to me as soon as possible and never did or responding with the track number of my order which i can already get myself I also made multiple calls and got absolutely nowhere with that I had to then proceed on to tell them that the Post Office had no recollection of the order They finally reordered the bag but rather than making an overnight delivery on the order I had to wait another week to get my bag Like I said I like the quality but if they don t improve on customer service it can potentially deter the customers ever wanting to come back Please fix this

Durability is very poor I had this bag for a year and about half a year ago it had scratch marks every and the bottom part of the bag has no leather on it anymore for 110 this bag is not worth it Quality at the start is good but everything is very easy to tear and brake as I ve got holes in my bag and a broken zipper

I purchased 2 clear facemasks for 20 00 They arrived I wore it for a few hours it retains moisture fog inside which made it difficult I emailed and followed the protocol for a return I did everything including shipping them back for a refund with my own shipping payment They are difficult to reach and their return policy do The return policy was within 2 days of receiving the products No time to get them reurned The return software program won t allow you to enter a return after a certain date very slick I have not heard back from them They very well got the message for return and received the products back one unused no one returned my money or directly contacted me They ripped me off they never returned my 20 00 and I am on a low income an older adult woman Ben David shame on you

I ve been a customer since 2017 and always appreciated the style and quality of the backpacks for my kids Purchased a backpack for my son in July of 2021 School started in August and by October the plastic zippers on the RIP Me Open style backpack broke I emailed customer service and they will not honor their 3 month warranty because I contacted them 10 days after my order was received This is horrible service considering the bag was technically used less than the 90 day period and there was no appreciate for being a prior customer I not only took picture of this defected bag but took pictures of an older bag to show this wasn t our first Sprayground purchase

I purchased a bag waiting for more than 2 weeks for delivery On 3rd week the postman delivered 1 fake Cartier Ring costing 8 and need to pay 5 for delivery Contact spraygroung eu they told me that it was a mistake but also that the bag I choose is out of stock and that they will give me back my money That never happens and thanks that I choose paying in 3 rates They have been able at the end hacked me 17 on my account and the worst having 1 fake Cartier Ring Don t purchase on this site Never they are Hackers It s a false spraygroung site P s cost of the bag 75

My sons backpack was shipped on Aug

My sons backpack was shipped on Aug 11th It still shows in transit arriving late but does not say where it is or when it will arrive Customer Service is not helpful and I can t cancel the order They keep saying give it 2-3 more business days for an update We are three weeks into school I am a first time customer but won t be ordering from them again

Initially I had a positive experience with the products and purchases until an order placed in July never received still somewhere in NM per FedEx After multiple attempts to have THEM do their job the CSRs stated it was basically my problem Have not purchased another item since and now I know they are a sub of a parent and in the Northeast I will do whatever it takes to get my owed
