This company is a true scam My credit was good before I got into this program I have been in this program for 16 months now and nothing has been resolved They are taking 95 of my monthly payment to do absolutely nothing How are they able to keep money and not offer a legitimate service I did not know that the fees would be every single month By my calculations I should have over 13 000 in this account but I only have a little over 2000 This is highway robbery I hope everyone researches this company before entering into any agreement with them I pray that they are investigated I have currently received a summons that cannot be resolved due to not having enough in my account At this point I could have kept paying my creditors my good credit and my money

DON T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I have had to call three times this week to try to get my money taken out of my account to pay off Spring and all the people they are working with to get my debt resolved I get different answers every time I call I just want things resolved and the poor customer service people get the brunt of us that they can t help because they can t get to the answers needed I will call again on Monday to try to get them to take the money out of my bank account to pay every body off

Total scam just like everyone said I decided to cancel and just go down the bankrucpty route because the debt was just getting to be too much Called spring legal to cancel and get a refund only to find out that 804 of my 900 payment was fees used to pay them Told them that I was told something completely different on the phone but all they had to say was it was in the contract Stay far away

I can t even give this a one star This company prey on people that are desperate to pay off any debt So unfortunately going through the program customer service is HORRIBLE AND most of the time you call it is always a different agent that you speak to And most of them are very unknowledgeable I mean how hard is it to follow simple instructions that needs to be paid off I can t even believe with all the bad reviews and complaints about this company they are still open Just please be aware DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY They have big fat F on the credit bureau BBB This company does not know what the they are doing I just can t seem to believe how this company is still running The agents do not know what they are doing every time I call it is always a different answer

In July I signed up with Spring Legal Group to pay off debt and have found that after deductions 2x per month I have a total of 24 in my account This is due to Spring Legal Group paying themselves first even though they assured me they could not be paid until they had saved me money on my debt It is also important to note that I was not provided a copy of my signed contract until 10 6 No one from the escalation team would speak with me I am furious

i think this group preys on people who are experiencing some sort of financial crisis in their lives are desperate and just looking for someone to help them I am one of them I am elderly was in a lot of pain experience financial problems and Spring came along and offered to make things manageable 30 months and 21 000 00 later I have been sued 3 times by the companies that Spring was supposed to negotiate with and didn t which resulted in my owing more than when I entered into contract with Spring and only 5 000 00 has been applied towards my debt two companies havn t even been conacted yet and I am told that they are working on it Right I am going to file a complaint with the State of Ohio and seek judicial help because I feel they took advantage of me when I was in condition to expedite such a contract which has not lived up to the promises I was made

I wrote a review on 12 12 2021 I still have not received a refund of my money that was held in an account to be used for settling my debt I have received check is in the mail and automatic deposit has been arranged promises I disenrolled on 11 16 My debt was settled by my financial adviser within 2-3 weeks Nothing got accomplished in the twelve months that I was enrolled I just want my money back I don t know what my fees were used for but the 5000 wasn t used for representation or communication

This company is in business of servicing there pockets with your hard earn money They collect 80 of your monthly towards there admin fees Be aware They say they will call after seeing bad reviews but don t waste your time waiting for them Be very careful for other reviews Do not fall do it yourself

I am hoping that my debt has finally been settled It only took me constantly calling and writing nasty reviews for them to get things done If you notice the responses on this site they never acknowledged my account even existed Hopefully I am finally done with these people after almost 2 years of dealing with them DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE
