The website builder has not been updated in forever feels more like a scam than anything HTTPS is not even the default

DO NOT RECOMMEND

Bought a course with them I was told it was beginner-friendly Attended one session and realized that it was not for me Tried to get a refund as they had a No question asked return policy for the first 10 days Guess what they said I had to complete the course and apply to get results If I still did not get it They would refund my money So I already know that they do not mean what they say promise The guy taking our sessions even threatened to remove me from Slack the application they use to communicate Since they refused to return my money I decided to go forward with the course I am still waiting on the rest of the sessions course which I have raised inquiries about but to no avail Karma is real and they have it coming Looting people with false promises

I am very disappointed with this website builder I am now using kopage uk instead so much betterTheir sales marketing people totally misled me about the functionality claiming it did things it did not When I complained about this they denied that the conversation took place There is no way to test it out or even view the templates prior to making a purchase now I know why They have a no refunds policy unsurprisingly because they know that people will be disappointed and want their money back The editor and functionality is very basic indeed not really intuitive to use and very lacking in features or integrations They compare it to other website builders like Wix Weebly Squarespace etc but there really is no comparison It is good only for very basic and simple websites Sadly I have to say that it feels like a giant money grab to get as money out of people with a too good to be true deal I don t know how the business model is sustainable with no recurring income to pay for the hosting bandwidth etc I have the feeling that after they have milked this for all it is worth the whole thing will go bust and shut down or get sold off to someone else I hope I am wrong They also moderate all support requests on their facebook group So far every single question I have posted has been rejected The facebook support is also quite rude and arrogant and likes to just twist your words and tell lies and if you disagree with them they ban you

I could not leave a 0 for them They have a no refund policy There is not support only via chat Also when you sign up you are going to get bombarded with sales emails If you have a legitimate company dont switch to them for your website builder

This is either a HUGE scam or the worst customer service on the planet Took the 97 for the Deal of a Lifetime Website Builder and never sent me the secret code that you need to publish a site 6 hours waiting for a chat that says We have no record of your email Really Because they are slamming me with more offers Welcome to the Club emails since I signed up Filing a scam report in the morning with my bank DO NOT BE TAKEN BY THESE SCAMMERS It s all a scam The whole network

STANDOUT DIGITAL is a complete scam They took my 97 out of my bank account and I never got the secret password email they supposedly sent I spent 3 days on chat for 8 hours 13 hours with No Response until finally they just don t answer you - because they have their 97 and thousands of others as well They claimed to never have my email in their database but they still email me to this day calling me a member I reported it to my bank and it s legit as far as they are concerned because I signed up for it DO NOT sign up for their crap They are a FULL BLOWN SCAM whose only function is to take your money There is no tech support or chat You can thank me later

Please count the cost first

I really don t know where to start To be honest this is the norm these days Where businesses are thrown together like little boys playing wrestling Let s start with the website builder it s very limited in functionality and for me as well as others I have came across in their Facebook group there s quite a few bugs and issues here s a few examples when trying to resize a video you can t even get into the settings to make that change Plus I had to use a pc command as a workaround for copy and paste meaning I couldn t right click to paste any within the platform The blogs section for the images doesn t resize itself which makes the presentation of it look unprofessional Not to mention some of the section items you add isn t optimized for smartphones I hate to say the customer service experience for me wasn t any better From lying about summiting info to the dev team to no presence at all in there Facebook group Everyman for himself well if you really look at it that s not a bad thing the community helps out alot that s the real cs I can go on for days but I think you get the idea This company really STANDOUT for all the wrong reasons
