Laura Maltby is a great property solicitor not a good one a great one Because Laura actually completed on the exact day I wanted in as little as 9 weeks She is communicative too in a timely manner so you never worry they re not working on your sale or purchase Her peer Elena-Rose was also communicative in a timely manner and did a great job I would definitely hire Laura and her team again if and when I make another purchase or sale

Fast ball Mortgage completion

We were doing a let to by mortgage renting out our property in London then buying a property in Scotland I didn t release that my scottish solicitor doesn t deal with English law a week before completion on our let to by offer It would of ran out of time it was worrying But starch Uberoi Solicitors mehek arora were on the case and everything went smoothly And completed right on time Thanks again David and lizzie

Diana L was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process my sale fell through the first time and she quickly helped me start the process again when I found a new buyer She would reply quickly to any emails and made the whole buying and selling process so much easier I would definitely recommend both Diana and Starck Uberoi when buying and selling your home
