A very pretentious trainee handled our landlord versus tenant case This young man might be someone else s cup of tea but certainly wasn t mine My search for legal representation continues Case was withdrawn by the claimant on a technicality Incorrect The claim was dismissed by the claimant due to their late filing of the deposit That makes a section 21 invalid

Starck Uberoi - were methodical in their ways of working Thi was helpful throughout the process of conveyancing and answered all relevant questions The process had its speed bumps but as a buyer you have to be proactive with the solicitors

New to Starck Uberoi Solicitors

We recently used Starck Uberoi when purchasing a property in London In broad terms our experience was really quite positive In the main our relationship was with Rasmeet and Tarjinder Rasmeet was incredibly professional and her work was thorough The report produced covered the broad sweep of concerns one would have when purchasing a property Rasmeet and Tarjinder were also on point when analysing and reviewing issues of further concern as the purchased moved through the various stages Our only concern was over responsiveness and client handling The practice as a whole were at times a little less responsive than one would expect especially during critical points in the purchase timeline However this is being a little picky as I would have no hesitation in using and recommending Starck Uberoi

Commercial Refinance

First time I have used this company and it was a different experience as it mostly done using IT online processes which takes some getting used to as I am used to the traditional solicitor processes It is the way forward I believe but seems very different A good experience

Good reliable firm

I am a Mortgage Broker with access to several solicitors I recently used Diana Lotfi at Starck Uberoi for a Semi Commercial Refinance Unfortunately my Lender s Solicitors were very Pedantic and this added weeks to the conveyance however during this stressful time Diana was diligent in her work and above all answered my calls I will be using her again

Excellent customer service offered but

Excellent customer service offered but would request that your onboarding system be more specific to the type of application offered For instance I couldn t complete the identification process because the wrong information was sent over to me This was however resolved after a few telephone conversations with the assigned solicitor
