Great experience
We had to appoint Starck Uberoi as our previous solicitor was not on the lenders panel which was realized late into the process As expected there was a bit of delay with handover etc but Starck went above and beyond to get things on track as quick and efficiently as possible Mahek was excellent especially on the day of completion where things needed to get moving I can t praise her enough for staying on the ball and chasing up the other parties I would 100 recommend Starck Uberoi for conveyancing services

From Sold to Completion within 10 weeks
Starck Uberoi Solicitors were recommended to me by my Estate Agent as being a new kid on the block and worth trying out I had a deadline to meet and that was to complete well within 12 weeks They moved me from sold to completion within 10 weeks Although I felt at times that I was putting more effort into the process than they were In particular I had to go to extreme lengths to prove that I was not money laundering although I recognise that probably everyone has to do this in the current financial climate It was an extremely stressful process but I know that Starck Uberoi did their best to support me every step of the way

Successful Eviction
I had a tenant who was abusing other tenants not paying rent and causing a great deal of damage and disruption Jan Ilkiv of Starck Uberoi was able to get the tenant out in a matter of weeks without having to go to Court Jan communicated effectively with me during the process Also their fees were quite reasonable I recommend Starck Uberoi for dealing with problem tenants
