Terrible customer service

Brought a second set of these lights in march Still haven t received them messaged the company multiple times they just don t answer your question and send the tracking number which I already have The first set arrived well but they lost what was a happy customer

Disgusting service

Ordered in April - it was a 7-30 business days for delivery Didn t receive them until the 25th day and when I wrote to them they just turned around and said the shipment was never sent No apology no nothing Disgraceful I asked if they will provide any compensation was declined too They have my money so it s either a refund or replacement God knows when that will arrive DONOT order from them it s a home run business as sure with the orders and logistics going over their head

I ordered my Leds back in March and they still haven t arrived better yet they went to the wrong address because they didn t properly list it so I have to wait even longer I would not recommend buying them Overly expensive and will probably take you half your lifespan to receive

FINALLLY got our order and lights stopped working

My son ordered some LED s from this company over a month ago and we were also given a bogus tracking number so we pretty much figured that we were scammed Until they arrived in the mail yesterday My son was so happy that he finally received his lights he had been waiting over a month for And just after ONE DAY of having them THEY STOPPED WORKING This company SUCKS I don t even know if we are even going to pursue getting trying to get some replacement LED s from this company because I think any effort in doing so will be waisted effort

Brutal they re con artists

Brutal don t waste your time the led strip showed up 5 months late from China of course understandable considering Covid so I had to order some from Amazon as they were a birthday gift for our 11 yr old in June and the set I originally ordered was in February the Amazon set showed up quickly in professional packaging was similar in price for 50 feet as the 18 foot length from Stardust leds That one finally shows up in just a bubble mailing envelope no invoice no packaging cheap material And after finally getting in touch with them cause their contact email on the website is a no-reply email I had to do some digging they refuse to let me return this crap I feel conned

Do not buy from stardustleds com They are total rip off Order product back in March 2020 Never received the product Ask for refund or replacement shipment and I was told I m sorry but we do not cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and are in the shipping process with no assistance to fix the order No tracking detail information or followup from shipper So don t by from stardustleds com unless you want to loose your money
