The best provider I ve ever had so far

These guys are the best Internet provider I ve ever had So much better than CenturySTINK for the first 5 years I ve had my condo I was getting ripped off last bill was 115 mo with fees and taxes yet I only got up to 20mpbs of service Not only that CenturyStink service would intermittently disconnect and reconnect causing a lot of disruption in zoom calls and streaming on TV For much less money I now get 10x the speed with Starry and so far the service has been very reliable with no problems even during severe weather conditions Not only that when Starry says their flat rate includes taxes and fees and nothing extra they re not lying most other providers will add taxes and fees onto their advertised prices and sometimes price-gouge your final bill if when you cancel their service Also the app and website for starry are very direct and easy to use and their employees have all been very courteous and friendly- Including the promoter who came to our condo complex and the technician who installed my service Although this service isn t available everywhere yet there is great potential for this company to really grow and I think more people will sign up for their service

8 23 Update - Still a customer and still amazing service I ve had Starry since they started in Los Angeles The price hasn t changed and I have never had an outage I had problem with my old ISP ATT for years They showed up on time for the installation and it was quick and painless The level of service from Starry is well beyond any ISP I ve had in the past 20 years I could not recommend Starry enough

I am happy with it I havent had it for long and maybe twice there was a tiny error going on with my smart tv but I was able to resolve it myself These things are bound to happen as long as its not often

My technician worked very hard to find a solution as to why my 2014 Dell Laptop was not connecting We tried everything and there was no real solution and he even updated the drivers I can use my Ethernet however the WIFI will not work with the new router from Starry He was very good and tried his best
