My iPhone 11 had 2 hardware issues I booked a time slot in StayOnline for diagnosis got a very quick and nice service where problem was quickly identified Was told I would most likely get a new phone the next day and got a loan phone while I waited Took less than a day and got a new phone less than a day after Staff was super friendly and helpful and definitely will go back if I have more iPhone problems as well as will recommend to others

Excellent Service I bought AirPods Pro around a year ago during a business trip in the US I ve been using them a lot and recently experienced static noise issues in the left Pod I sent them to Stayonline for repair by mail One day after I sent them in I got a message that the issue was identified and exchange parts were ordered Five days after I sent them there was a weekend in between I got them back by mail with not only one but both Pods replaced for free I had expected to pay at least 1000 kr to get the one replaced However Apples Quality Program took care of it The service was very professional and fast

Excellent communication and quick turnaround
We use StayOnline in our company to repair all our customers apple products I did not have a personal private experience with StayOnline until I had one of my AirPods Pro not working static noise and all that jazz I walked in on a Wednesday 4 minutes before closing time handed in the AirPods and I got a text from Jonas on Friday that the case had been resolved I got new AirPods when I walked in that Friday Thank you for the good service folks
