If I can give 0 stars I would I wanted long term parking and because of an early flight booked a hotel to stay and same hotel to park paid 272 Had to cancel booking which they said was possible 24 hrs prior so went on my booking email and cancelled It said request successful an agent will call you Well no one did I called them and it played music and said call volume was too high and went to VM I left VM I sent email request nothing Fastforward a day and the hotel still charged me Hotel said they cant do anything because I was no show And actually charged me 296 They also said payment was only for 4 nights So this website is just mis leading Non existent customer service Misleading claims DO NOT USE THEM

I booked two weeks parking and a one
I booked two weeks parking and a one night stay at the end of my trip The website said my booking with them and the hotel were confirmed but I never got my confirmation email from them The next day I tried to log on with my email and confirmation number but their website said they had no record of me I called the hotel and they did not have a booking for me I tried calling stay park travel several times and got the automated message to request a call back since their lines were all busy all day and into the late evening After two days I never got a call back I called the credit card company to stop the payment don t you know stay park travel had charged me for my booking This company is obviously a scam they seem to operate just like Justfly com Don t use these scammers either Definitely don t go through them they will take your money and run

DO NOT Book the Oakland
Horrible experience at the Oakland Executive Hotel No one should be recommending this hotel The only good thing about the hotel is the STAFF The hotel is dilapidated There was no heating or air conditioning We were told if we didn t want to stay there and get a refund we would have to take it up with the third party vendor Room smelled like urine so we asked to change rooms Door to the hotel room looked like someone had tried breaking in Vending machine was vandalized Found out at 6 am the next day that the shuttle driver didn t show up to take people to the airport We had to use our own vehicles 3 to be dropped off at the airport return the vehicles to the hotel and uber back to the airport The restaurant was closed We were there with two other families One of the families changed rooms because the cable cord had been cut so they weren t able to watch tv Couldn t get extra towels because housekeeping was closed until the next morning I would suggest that someone from StayPark Travel visit the hotels before the make a recommendation or book them for unsuspecting customers I received a follow-up email from StayPark Travel for my Valued Guest Survey When you click on the link it doesn t take you to the survey but instead to their booking form So disappointed Have never had such a horrible experience

Dropped reservation evening before departure
Conf No CN198453Reservation made on 9 11 24 Confirmation received for car drop off 10 12 24 and car pick up on return 10 19 24 The night prior to departure I received an email from StayParkTravel com at 6 54pm stating that my reservation had been canceled successfully Went to my reservation and noted the same I did not cancel it and went to your request-callback page Phoned and got a recorded message and left a voice message as well as completing call back form noting concern After several failed attempts I called the hotel we were booked with direct I was informed that the hotel was full and my reservation through a third party was dropped They could not help me and suggested I contact StayParkTravel Still no return calls or emails Note on their faq website What happens in the event that I booked a reservation and my prefered hotel is sold out Our customer service representatives will contact you via phone and email to let you know the hotel was sold out We will make every effort to find and present suitable alternatives for you at another hotel There was no return communication that evening I scrambled to find alternate transportation A representative finally reached out to me the following day by email at 11 28am The response I received As per the hotel they canceled the reservation The hotel canceled the reservation due to being Sold Out Absolutely no assistance offered from the time of cancellation which was hours prior to our arrival Very poor customer service

Not trustworth
Booked two hotel reservations and cancelled the same day Later this company charged both deposits I was told via email that both would be refunded but only one charge was refunded Plus this credit card was used on the same day as the email to make a 33 purchase and not by me This has never happened before so I have to wonder if it s a coincidence
