Can t understand German but got the

Can t understand German but got the items very good quality Only gave 4 because packaging wasn t that good as 1st order Ps like on your website can you have a tag to transfer to English

Shaky first order second went fine

Ordering from this company was like pulling teeth First they missed my order for three weeks which I had to chase them to find out then they lied about having shipped the order When they finally did respond to my often-ignored emails I got a different excuse every time A month after taking payment now and as far as I can tell my order still hasn t been shipped Edit I sent multiple emails that went unanswered over many days So yes you did in fact ignore my emails by not responding even if you were working on the issue in the background A simple acknowledgement on your end and this wouldn t have been an issue Edit 2 I placed a second order and despite a faulty item which was replaced immediately everything went smoothly Support were helpful and communicative making a much better experience second time around

Fantastic products Quick and easy to order and deliver Good communication even with language barrier The extras for some of the bows could be standard - thumbscrews and you should be able to choose which parts you want without having to the standard issue first Other than that great products going to purchase again

Good service and delivery But its a shame that you cannot fullfill my other order from 02 07 24 because 1 item is not in stock Perhaps you need to up your production to meet customers needs

Carbon fibre bolts are OK but used once

Carbon fibre bolts are OK but used once on a good soft target and one is damaged already and another bolt tip is not great before using Edit Other than that I do love my m10 Edit-So after steambow reply I took their advice and asked about the poor bolts -Hello MarkYou have got a bad arrow our arrows can take a beating So asked if that s the case are they going to replace the two poor quilt ones they sold me -Hello Markwe do not have the arrows individuallyI take that s a no lol My take is no point getting the more expensive ones

Very good company to deal with very good products but there is something wrong with their payment system Some kind of a virus copied my card Hopefully they work out their issues The company deserves much better

I really enjoy Steambows products

I really enjoy Steambows products I only wish the American warehouse carried more variety I had to order from Steambow at the shipping was very pricey but honestly was very fast With that said I have a ton of fun with my stinger 2 tactical best purchase I ve made all year

My experience with STEAMBOW has been excellent in every way The problem is with the courier service UPS They have been out to deliver my purchase and I still have not received my purchase despite speaking with UPS over the phone several time s I will not make any further purchases from STEAMBOW unless I can select a different courier service I will also be asking STEAMBOW for a refund if I do not receive my purchase today
