Steambow dispatched same day however UPS have been dragging their feet on delivery and also for U K orders beware UPS will collect customs fees in fact on this order 37 I was charged 20 customs charges daylight robbery Personally I won t be using Steambow again because of that that said I would still rate steambow five stars it s the experience after dispatch I rate zero stars
